Better Service, Better Clothing Sales

It is obvious that it is not very easy to please every customer because the customers come are in different shapes, moods and sizes. We totally don’t know them very well at the time of seeing them for the first time. But, we must admit that good customer service is the key to successful clothing sales. The following are some suggestions for making your customers satisfied while keeping your sanity.
Most of the times, it might even be their first time at the store. As a sales associate, your number one job is to make sure their comfortable. A smile can ease them a bit and ask them straight away if they are looking for anything. There is the classic sales method call the 10-5 rule. It goes:
1.) At ten feet, smile at them and give out eye contact.
2.) As you or the customer approach, at five feet (just to let you know, it’s not exact, really a guess) start greeting and ask what they were looking for.
In general, it is the most important thing to make your customers feel ease and comfortable. And try to find their needs and meet their needs can sure make your clothing sales much better.
If you cannot find any satisfied clothing in the stores, you may ask a designer to make one for you. That may be the most suitable for you and your personality.
